OrganicToBe.org
One of my "vows" of present, past, and future is organic food - no matter the cost! Starting the new year has me looking for fresh, new organic websites to peruse. Of course, Organic Gardening magazine is tried and true, but I also found OrganicToBe.org was packed with info - recipes, gardening advice, and opinions from great gardening experts such as Rosalind Creasy and Jeff Cox among others. Excellent info -- now added to my daily BLOG perusal.

Thanks for sharing! I've never looked at either of those sources, but I'll be sure to check them out.
Do you have many sources of organic local food near you? Although my CSA and main produce source is organic and local, many of the other small farmers here are not, although they are certainly "stewards of the earth". The dilemma between local and organic.... any thoughts on that? I'm still trying to sort it out.
Ahhh... one of my "issues" with local - we have very little local organics --- meat, eggs, honey, dairy products, spelt flour, but no produce - thus; I'm growing my own. Now my term of "local" is my valley -- within 25 miles of me because I don't want to expend precious gas driving. I thought about it, but really don't want to do it. I'm still searching though -- this local thing is fairly new to me. I'm finding many farmers ARE in fact organic, they just aren't certified. So I'll keep looking. Thanks for asking.
