A post just went on my
Healthy Exercise blog on trying to figure out what is the most healthy, good-for-the-environment diet. I'm simply SO confused with all the reading I've been doing lately. Its making me not want to eat at all!
Here's the post -- help me figure it out! I think my main goal is local... but from there it gets tricky (i.e., local tofu? tempeh? Lentils? Beans?)
